Adds Dependabot support for the uv package ecosystem so dependency update PRs can be opened for uv.lock/pyproject.toml-managed dependencies.
Changes:
- Add a new Dependabot
updatesentry for theuvecosystem at the repository root. - Configure the
uventry to run weekly with the same cooldown settings as the existing GitHub Actions entry.
